Membership payment invoices/receipt

Every month I have to logon to UKWDA website, click on support and manually request an invoice for the payment which has gone out by direct debit so I have something in my accountants to match up with the payment that has gone out. Can we not have to do this - surely you can send an automated receipt/invoice each month? It would save both of this monthly hassle...
